What happens if my parcel is lost during delivery?
Please contact me immediately and I will work with Australia Post to locate your lost parcel.
What happens if my parcel is damaged or faulty during delivery?
Please get in touch with me immediately with photographs of the damage (we would need them to claim insurance).
Once the insurance claim is successful, I can either replace your purchase with something that you are happy with (of equivalent value) or provide you with a refund.
The item I ordered looked different real life than on screen.
Due to the nature of all items being handmade, there might be a slight variation in the placement of fabrics as well as a slight difference in colour due to different monitor settings. Please contact me immediately if you are displeased with your purchase.
What happens if my parcel is sent to the wrong address?
Please check your shipping address carefully prior to purchasing. Once your order is sent out to the listed shipping address, it cannot be changed. If the parcel is sent back to me, buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship Australia-wide only. For all international orders, please get in touch with us at email@example.com to discuss your shipping options.
Are all items purchased tracked?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order is lodged at the post office.
If you prefer to have a cheaper shipping option with no tracking ID, please get in contact with me to discuss your shipping options. However, please note that should the parcel be lost or damaged during transit, you (the buyer) will absorb all responsibility for that parcel.
